1. How can I Order?
Choose your product, select add to cart, then buy it, then put your billing information, name address, phone number and proceed to buy.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We are accepted Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay,  Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay.

3.  What is order processing and delivery time for item?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

4. In how many days can i return a product?
We accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. 

5. Do you charge restocking fees?

6. Do you ship worldwide?
We only ship to the UK.

7. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders.

8. May I get a tracking number?
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.

Note - Delivery is dependent on shipping option.
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
